Set image height Featured Image thumbnail

    I use a featured image from my post as the thumbnail in my post grid.
    I want all 3 thumbnails to be the same height in the grid, even though they might have the same aspect ratio or size in the posts.

    I can not figure out how to set this right, setting a fixed height in the layout editor does nothing.

    If I don’t use a featured image the height will be set automatically, but for some reason I lose the ability to click the image to follow the link.

    Could someone tell me how to set a fixed height of 190px for the images in my post grid?
