Set Icon: Where Is It?

  • I am using the Nirvana theme and the metabox shows up on the left side which was great.

    But the instructions as to how to install this plugin says “Select icon by clicking on the “Select icon” link”.

    The problem is it is not obvious how to activate this. I just discovered it after finally looking in the WordPress “Screen Options” located at the the top of the admin window when in the Appearances -> Menus section. All you have to do is check the “Icon” box under “Show Advanced Menu Properties”. Then select the menu item you want to add an icon to and you will see a new option “Icon: Select”. Clicking on Select will result in a long list of icons to choose from.

  • Do icons align correctly in your menu?

    My Nirvana powered website can’t get them side by side next to the menu text regardless which alignment setting I use.

    We have an issue where an extra closing tag ">is appearing after the visuallyhidden class? Any ideas would be gratefully received…
