set html page in dropdown menu in wordpress

I want to set a html page as a dropdown in “Services” item in navigation menu bar at Seoul Technology Website. When the end-user move the mouse over the “Services” item in nav menu bar the page will be displayed as a dropdown. The user can only click on the links on that html page. Please help me in this regard.
