Set hidden fields values with php

Say I set 3 php variables when visitors land on a form page.

$variable1
$variable2
$variable3

and I have 3 hidden fields in the form with keys

one_1234567890123
two_1234567890123
three_1234567890123

Could you let me know how to set the value of these hidden fields with the values of the php variables?

By the way, in the French translation of the plugin, the hidden form should not be called “Masquer”, which means “to hide”, but “Masqué”, which means “hidden”.
