Set fixed days for checking in/out

Hi there,
Could you help me on setting fixed days for checking in and checking out?

I am gladly using the function for defining minimum days of stay. However, I would like to rent out my accommodation for fixed periods during seasons. For example 1 or more weeks from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.
