"Set Featured Image" Issue – Driving me CRAZY.

Hello, I am using WP 3.5 with the “Video” theme by Templatic. Here is the issue I am having, and hopefully you can help because it is driving me crazy. I can set a “Featured Image” for specific posts. When I click on the title of the post, I am directed to the correct post. When I click on the featured image I set for the post, I am directed to a different post, and when I hover the mouse over the image, it shows the title of a completely different post.

I already deactivated (and even deleted) all plug-ins to see if that was the cause. I activated WP 2012 theme, and reactivated the “Video” theme with no difference. Any ideas?
