Set default upload to Draft?

    How can I set the default upload status to Draft, and require Admin approval to be visible.

    At flexi Form settings,
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=flexi_settings&tab=form&section=flexi_form_settings

    Uncheck to disable = `Automatically publish Post as soon as user submit.’
