set default tab to the gallery would be error

in wordpress 4.5.2 ;
if i set the “Profile menu default tab” to the gallery, the list of photos would be just one column, and the upload photo button would be no use!
i must click the profile tag and then click the photo tag, the list of photos can be 3 columns, and the upload photo button can work!
please help to upgrade the code to fit wordpress 4.5.2,Thank you
