Is there a setting to open the pop-up using a particular page for the theme? The default page for the theme is a blog page which does not work well for a calendar.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You’ll want to add a custom template for events. See the documentation on that: https://docs.joedolson.com/my-calendar/single-event-template/

Events use the normal WordPress theme template hierarchy, so if you add a template that matches the events post type, it’ll use that instead.

Thanks for your fast response earlier. I’ve been trying to specify the template using the process in your documentation, but it doesn’t seem to work. There are 2 templates for pages (aside from a woo commerce template) that I see. One is “page-full-width”, which I would like to use, and the other is “page-left-sidebar”. Interestingly, the template shows the blog on the right… I can’t get either of the other templates to take by putting them into the “mc-templates > event” path. Is this possibly a limitation of the theme?

You’ll need it to be in the root directory and named single-mc-events.php. The mc-templates path is for My Calendar template fragments; the wrapper around those fragments is a theme template.

The default template is probably using single.php
