Set default orientation

  • Is there any way of setting the direction the panarama is facing via shortcode on loading? I am using some VIRB 360 photos and they face the side on loading.

    Hi darteweb – I believe I have the same issue as Thorburn for some of the photos I have. It has to do with where the camera is facing at the time of the shot – sometimes the camera may not be facing the exact spot we want to emphasize or start showing.

    So sometimes, the 360 photo is loaded facing the side-view (for example, somewhere within 90 degrees to the right or left from the point of view we want to present) or the back-view (for example, within 180 degrees from the main view we want to present). It would be nice to have a way to display a specific direction or angle when the photo is loaded instead of the default, where the camera was facing at the time of the shot.
