Set Default Notifications to Editors

How do you set editor accounts to receive events and bookings notifications by default?
As the webmaster for this website, I’m only concern with system notifications. My editor users manage events and bookings and should receive those messages. But I haven’t been able to set EM plugin to do just that.
Here are the settings I made to EM:
EM > Settings > General > Event Submission Forms > Guest Default User > [editor account]
EM > Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Notification sender address > [no-reply email addy]
EM > Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates > Email events admin? > [editor email addy]
EM > Settings > Emails > Event Submission Templates > Administrator Email > [editor email addy]
Is there a setting I’m missing? I’ve tried searching online for an answer. But found none that works.
