Mailpoet is not sending an email to [email protected] so that I can authorize this email address as my from address. How can this be fixed so that I get an email and then I can authorize this email address?

  • Hi!

I’ve sent a new confirmation email to that address. Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam folders, as well as any additional filters you may have set up in your email.

Nope nothing here.? I checked “both my inbox and spam folders”.? In fact, I checked every folder I have, and no I don’t have any filters set up.? I even went so far as to check every folder in the default email in cPanel setup by my webhost.

But you know what.? MailerLite’s?verification email arrived, and I’m all setup through them.? Why doesn’t your?verification email work, when everybody else’s email arrives just fine?

This is not resolved. You did NOT ask me to reach out to you via email. You asked me to submit a ticket though a Premium account holder’s support system.

I’m not paying for you “service”. You can’t manage to send me an email, even though everybody else can, including MailerLite. I can’t imagine how BAD your service would be if you actually had my money.

    Hi there @davidcollins,

By creating a ticket via a form an email thread is created which we use to communicate further.

I see that we replied to your ticket and investigating it internally.

    Cheers!
