Set default Forum Usergroup

  • My forum currently sets my new members to an unknown group which causes them not to be able to see the forum as soon as they login. I have looked but I can’t seem to find a setting to select which usergroup they are automatically assigned to when they register. Please Help!

    What forum technology are u using? Most of the have this kind of setting either through user groups settings themselves or mapping user functionality.

    Please let me know what forum tech u are using, and I’ll have a look into it.
