Set default category from url parameter help

Hi guys I wanna create an ADD NEW button that creates a post with a selected category.

With this code I created a plugin: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/190020

does the job BUT as I use ACF:

I create some ACF that appear when I select a category, with this ADD NEW button it seems that ACF doesn’t work.

I suppose that when I click manually on a category (so it show the ACF) somehow the backend creates a DRAFT.

Maybe with this plugin I’m missing that.
