For me, the bulk processing “Set data for planned offer prices” does not work for variable products. I enter the data correctly YYYY-MM-DD and a saving process follows. When opening a variable product, however, these fields are empty. If I edit the fields manually for each variable product, it works. Does anyone have an idea? Is this a bug of WooCommerce?

  • Hi @thomasfrenken ,

I think you might be referring to the bulk update of sale price schedules, is that right?

I did just test this function and it’s working properly on a test site.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thank you for the fast reply. The bulk editing works after I deactivated the plugin “YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations Premium”. I guess I need to open a support ticket at YITH. When I found a solution I will come back.

    Hi @thomasfrenken,

Thanks for letting us know. Were you able to find a solution for this?

I’ve got a reply from YITH, but the problem isn’t solved yet. I’ll get back to this thread as soon as it’s fixed. Promise.

The Problem is fixed. In my case it was a bit more complicated. I try to explain in short clear points.

    – Plugin “YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations Premium” wasn’t updated for a while, because I thought it causes a problem with the product lightbox (not closing properly)
    – YITH fixed the “bulk update of sale price schedules” problem by updating the plugin “YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations Premium”
    – Furthe they told me that the problem with the lightbox was caused by another plugin called “WooCommerce Additional Variation Images”. After deactivating this one everything works fine again.

And again I’m super happy about the awesome support of YITH.
