Set Custom fields Posts as source for the Google Calendar

So basically is it possible to sync existing posts with custom field date picker values in order to add and display them in a google calendar (embedded in wordpress)? What I know is that I can use IFTTT to sync the rss of the posts in a given category, but the issue is that I cant set recurring events. The approach I have used to set them as recurrent in wordpress is by adding a custom field radio button that toggles between recurrent and normal (one time events). If is not possible what would you advice me to do?
