    Hello @mamanuri,

This option is available only in EML PRO. EML PRO is in one step from being released. I will inform about its release in this thread as well. You can find more information on https://wordpressuxsolutions.com

    ok that’s right, but… I don’t understand what reported on plug-in description.
in particular this (at point six):

? immediately set taxonomy term to any media file during upload via Media Uploader”

what can I do exactly during any media upload?
can you tell me something more, please?

    thx again

sorry, another question: I’ve checked the new version on wordpressuxsolutions.com, and was reported wp 4.0 or higher in the requirements. so I suppose that the PRO version isn’t compatible with wp 3.9.1… at this moments all my installations are 3.9.1…

    thx

It means when you upload media files on the post/page/custom post edit page via Media Popup you can immediately set a category to it. You can upload multiple files, but a category can be assigned only to a single file so far. Sorry for confusing description, but the word ‘file’ is used in singular form and there is no any mention of ‘multiple’, so I thought it’s enough.

So, when you upload via Media -> Add New menu, you can just click ‘Edit’ button once files are uploaded, when you upload via post admin page, you can set categories in Media Popup immediately after their upload per file. Bulk edit feature is available only in PRO version.

    Hello @mamanuri,

Sorry, I missed your second question yesterday. There is some issue with making bulk edit compatible with lower than 4.0 versions of WP.

    1. Almost whole bulk edit user interface created with JS

    2. WP 4.0 has some significant changes to ‘media’ JS comparing with the older versions

    3. In the next versions of WP there will be even more changes

So, supporting the compatibility with older versions will take more time and efforts than I would like to make, especially considering that current EML functionality isn’t complete nor perfect, and I have a lot of tasks in my TODO list. Right now I decided to concentrate on better functionality, code standards, etc, than to spend my time for backward compatibility. I believe that sooner or later everyone upgrade his/her WP, at least, because of security issues.

That said, I would like to know why you don’t wish to upgrade your WP, and is there someone else with the same issue.

    Thank you.
