Set category listing price

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to set a certain category to have its own rate.

For example all other categories incur a 2% commission, however when the vendor lists an item in the category “mobile phones” there is no commission only a once off $5 listing fee.

I understand each individual product can be set this way, i’m wondeing if it can be applied to a whole category.
