I have added the ability to enter cache control and opened pull-request for it: https://github.com/10up/windows-azure-storage/pull/35. Once it gets approved, it will appear in the next release of this plugin.

Hi Eugene, thanks for adding this feature!! I’ve adding my Cache-Control setting as 31536000 but unfortunately my blobs are still being uploaded without the Cache-Control setting ??
I am currently running 4.1.1 of the plugin
