set an automatic default category for posts

  • hello
    i need to have all posts i made inserted automatically in a default category, while i will set another when writing the posts
    so the final will be each post having 2 category
    one category assigned by default for all posts, so all posts in same category
    then a second category will be the one i choose each time i create a post

    ho do i do that?is there a plugin?
