    Hi,
I would like to create a user who places orders as if he were an unregistered user. in this way I could have a sales manager and his name would not appear in the statistics.
If I use a user all trades in the statistics appear with his name

  • The Sales Manager would just logout before ordering.

Consider having two browsers on the go, say Chrome logged-in for admin work, and Safari not-logged in for placing telephone orders.

@pettedemon I’m not sure I fully understand the use case here. It sounds like you want a user to be able to place orders that come through as Guest orders, is that correct?

If so, you can enable guest checkout from the settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy). Once enabled, anyone would be able to place orders without an account. Your sales manager can place orders while logged out so that they appear as guest orders.

If you do not want to enable guest checkout for everyone, perhaps create a new account for your sales manager that doesn’t have their name attached, so that it can be used exclusively for this purpose.

I want to use Woocommerce for backend order. So if I use as sales manager, even if without name, every time I do an order in the stats of commerce I have the account name as customer, and so it is a returning customer

@pettedemon Even when creating a manual order through the wp-admin, you can set it up as a guest order by leaving the Customer field empty. See here:

Are you saying that even when creating the order like these, those are being counted towards the admin user that created them? If so, can you show me a screenshot of the particular report where you are seeing this?

I know I can make order in admin panel, but I want a user in frontend make an order with guest and it is possible, but in my case if a user make an order as guest, in dashboard order there is the guest name, in the dashboard analytics the order is registered under user account.

maybe you can see in my image

@pettedemon I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding the whole setup, but this looks to me like the order wasn’t placed as a guest, but when logged in to their account. If that is the case, then I’m afraid what you are trying to accomplish isn’t possible. You can’t have an account placing orders and have those orders NOT be linked to their account.

    @fhaps your understand my “problem”

You can’t have an account placing orders and have those orders NOT be linked to their account.

So there isn’t any plugin extra to handle my setup?
    thanks

Hi @pettedemon. Sorry that we missed your response.

I’m not aware of any plugins that will checkout a registered user as a guest. For an order to not be linked to a customer, the checkout has to be done as a guest.

@drwpcom thanks, So I solve with order by only guest.
    thanks
