Set a receiving email address in the contact form

  • Hello, I want to set an e-mail address to which letters from the contact form will come, different from the administrative e-mail address of the site, I write the other e-mail address in the Contact form – Mail – “It” section, but the letters are received again at the administrative e-mail address site address. How can I make it so that letters are received at an address other than the site’s administrative address? And is there a possibility that the “Name” and “Email” fields in the contact form are empty and not filled. I am attaching a link.

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    Hello, thanks for your reply. The problem appears in the contact form when entering the page of one of the ads. But today I went to the site from another computer and there was no such problem. Only when I enter the site through my computer, apparently the “Name” and “Email” fields are filled. It remains only to resolve the question of whether it is possible to set an email address to which the letters from the contact form will come, different from the administrative email address of the site, and how to do this if possible.
