    Hi,

I hope you are doing good.

Would the default have been changed for the ‘set product image’?

If I click on “set product image” and it does not default to the images in the library but to a screen that says “drop files to upload or select files” and then I have to click into the library.

    Please check this link https://ibb.co/xXXSdgP

Before this, it goes straight to the media library.

Please let me know. Is there any functionality changed in the latest WooCoomerce plugin?

    Thanks
    Lokendra

  • Hi @lsingh – I’m unaware of any changes in WooCommerce that would affect this behavior. I’ve tested this out with the most recent version of both WooCommerce and WordPress, but don’t see the same behavior.

If this is something you’d like to fix, I would consider testing for a plugin or theme conflict.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thanks!

    Hi Joey,

As per your previous mail. I’ve disabled all the plugin except WooCommerce.

Currently, I’m using the DIVI theme. I’ve also switched to the storefront.

But the same thing is happening there.

It goes straight to the File Upload tab, not Media library Tab alike before.

Please let me know. How to resolve this issue?
