• hi Thomas, first of all thank you for your work, your plugin is a blessing.

    As mentioned in the subject line, among the universal analytics reports (and precisely in Conversion -> Ecommerce -> Shopping Behavior) the session “Session with product views” is not populated. I checked both the plugin and the GTM settings several times. Activating the debug in GTM, the data-layer seems to be correct: I can see correctly the name of the product, price, description, category, etc.

    What can it depend on? I’ll leave you the ink on a product page of our site:

    Hi,

    “Session with product views” in Universal Analytics is populated using the ecommerce data in the gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC GTM event. This event seem to be firing on your site but I do not see any GA hit firing based on this event.

    Could you post a shared debug link from your GTM container?
