    Hi all,

Is there an equivalent metric in Google Analytics for Monster Insight’s Sessions?

I thought it would be Unique Pageviews but that number never seems to be the same.

    Thank you

    Hi @tcnolan7,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Since MonsterInsights integrates with your Google Analytics property, the data you see in our reporting should be the same as when viewing reports at analytics.google.com.

If you’re looking at comparing data between the two available Google Analytics property types, which are Universal Analytics (UA) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), there are similar metrics, but the data won’t be exactly the same due to the differences between the UA and GA4 data models.

For details on the specifics, here is Google’s official guide on the differences between UA and GA4: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9964640

To learn more about what to expect when comparing UA and GA4 metrics, see here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11986666

If you suspect that your data might be off, and you would like for us to take a look, please feel free to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-support/

    Thanks so much!

Hi Michelle, thank you for your reply. I was having trouble finding Sessions in Google Analytics so that referred ti another metric. I realized it only shows under Audience.
