session timeout during backup restoration

    Hi. This is my first time attempting to restore a backup. It keeps giving me a modal saying unspecified error with a close button, which I press then nothing happens, it seemingly still continues to download the backup. When I attempt to restore the backup my session expires. When I log back and look at the restoration progress, it seems to have failed others and cleaning. In the activity log it says There has been a critical error on this website.

    What can I do?

    Hi,

    Are you able to login to your website dashboard and continue the restoration? You will see a “Continue restoration” button.
