    My appointments start at 10 am, 11:30 am and 2:00 pm daily.

    They are 1 hour appointments.

    How do I set this up in Simply Appointments?

    Hello @kahakura! After setting the duration to 1 hour in the Basics tab of the appointment type settings, this can be done by changing the availability definition to “Specific Start Times” instead of Available blocks. Then, you can select the 10am, 11:30am, and 2:00pm time slots specifically.     I want to activate the new booking app.

    The Help Centre explains all about the New Booking App, but there’s no Call To Action that directs me how to activate it, and where I can check in settings to see if it is activated.

    How can I install and activate the New Booking App in the Basic Edition?

    Hello @kahakura, by default, it should be using the new booking app. You can double-check this by going to your WP-Admin area > Appointments > Settings > Developer (at the very bottom), and taking a look at the “Beta Features” section. If the “Use the old booking app” setting is toggled off, then the booking calendar is using the new booking app. We have a guide that goes over this as well: https://ssappts.com/guides/new-booking-app/
