    Hi,

Hoping someone can assist with this. I’ve set-up a Bricks-based WordPress site with SuperPWA. All is working fine (or mostly!) with the exception of session cookies. Whenever I close the PWA, I’m logged out. All content on this PWA is protected and can only be accessed by logged-in users. I’d initially tried extending the session duration with a custom function, but that appears not to have any impact.

After some searching, I came across information that suggests that maintaining a logged in status with WordPress and a PWA just isn’t really practical… One suggested workaround is implementing a javascript based solution with the Web Storage API (though it has some security implications).

Just wondering if there is any advice on how to approach this? Ideally, I don’t want users to have to log-in every single time they open the PWA but not sure how to resolve?

    Thanks,
    Andy

Thanks for your reply. I’ll send through an email with the details given the website contains some sensitive info and I don’t want to share the URL on a public forum.

    Thanks again for your response.
