My client came across a problem a week or so ago where her users would add an item to their cart but when they went to View Cart, nothing was there. After troubleshooting by disabling all plugins outside of WooCommerce and reverting back to Storefront theme, we decided it might be a conflict with the Printful Integration for WooCommerce plugin. Upon further investigation, we saw a warning that the plugin had not been tested with the newest version of WordPress (6.1) so we rolled back to version 6.0.3. This fixed the empty cart issue.

Unfortunately, now we are having two more issues.

Issue #1: Our session is expiring when we are part way through entering our shipping information.

Issue #2: If we do happen to get past the session expiry issue, once we fill out all required fields and click the ‘Debit or Credit’ button, we are getting the error: CANNOT_BE_ZERO_OR_NEGATIVE Must be greater than zero. If the currency supports decimals, only two decimal place precision is supported. (I’m wondering if this has something to do with the debit and credit modal window loading?)

We also tried this with all other plugins disabled and using Storefront. Same issues. Would appreciate some help as right now, I believe the cart is pretty much unusable for most of her users.

I was able to reproduce these errors via mobile (iPhone in Safari) multiple times. My developer also ended up with errors on desktop.

    Thank you in advance!

As an addition, when my developer recreated the issue, they were using incognito Google Chrome.

Hello! I have the same issue. ??

I get the CANNOT BE ZERO OR NEGATIVE error when using my PayPal plugin. When I use the standard PayPal option built in, I get the Session Expired email.

I have narrowed it down to whether or not you are logged in prior to trying to press the Proceed to Payment button.

If I’m logged in, it lets me get to PayPal… if I’m not logged in, the session expires.

I’ve tried switching payment methods only to get the ZERO/NEGATIVE error listed above.

    Thanks!

Hi! Sorry to hear that both of you have been running into the same issue. Please report this to our support team at [email protected], so the team can check what it looks like from Printful’s end. We’ll get to the bottom of this!

    Hi Katherine,

I had my client reach out to support@printful on Mar 2 after a support chat agent told me that they were not able to help me and could only deal with the person who owned the account. The answer:

“Our team has investigated the issue and from our side, there are no errors with your store and the integration with the WooCommerce platform.

You could try downgrading to a previous version if everything worked before or wait for our update to the newer version.

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us again.”

As I mentioned, we have already rolled back to the previous version of WordPress. Please advise!

    Thanks!

    Hey Drew! @arandamusic

Glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this. Appreciate you contributing to this thread.

@heykaila – I got around the problem you are having by finding the “correct” configuration of check boxes between printful and WooCommerce. I finally got it all the way to the Checkout phase by doing that and now pressing the Proceed to Payment button is what is causing the session to expire.

By “correct” I mean the photos in this dropbox folder: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/y4zf5w2pmnzgfgt/AABe2z669ERyUpOIkyEHHWNra?dl=0
