You have to set a value for the default WooCommerce price field:

If the WooCommerce price field is empty, WooCommerce will remove the product after loading it from the session.

I’ve tried disabling conditional-shipping but the problem is still there.
Also, all of my products are variable products, and all of them have price. Just checked that, so i don’t believe it is related to the price field.

The variations display as no-purchasable. It may be due to these products having no price for the “pricing zones.”

The error on the conditional-shipping plugin could have prevented the AJAX update of the variations price from running.

Try to set the variations price manually for the pricing zone in USD and check if this solves the issue.

PS: A plugin that restricts products by the country could also disable a product.

That’s happening because your session expired. When you get session expired, you stop having a country, and there are no products for you to buy.

Try to open it on an incognito tab, and you should have all the products back.

All my prices for variations are set manually by the way.

If you visit the product after changing the pricing zone by changing the country on checkout, the product displays as no-purchasable:

Everything points to the cause of the problem is the variations’ price is not set in the database.

Try to change the default WooCommerce price and the price of one USD pricing zone (Indonesia has the problem) of a variation and save it to run the update. Then test this variation and this pricing zone.

You have many pricing zones, and the AJAX update of the variation prices could fail because of a timeout.

It removes the variation product, but if you only have a variable product on cart it expires your session. At least, is what the error says. If you go back to the shop after that, all product variations are non purchasable, but if you delete your session, or logout and login, it goes back to normal…

I guessed that the problem in the other plugin had broken the variations price update.

About bulk update: Basic version does not provide a way to update product prices in bulk. The Pro version includes support for the CSV importer:
