Session expired !!

  • Hello,

    I’m having an issue where my woocommerce cart expires when I proceed through the checkout process or when i add many products to the cart. It happens on both Normal and RFQ mode.

    But when i deactivate your plugin, Woocommerce works without problem.

    What’s wrong please ?

    i tried many plugins before for WooCommerce Request Quote, and never got such problem

    thanks. that is very helpful. I will let you know when i figure out what is happening.
    Cay you tell me if the video was recorded with rfq or normal checkout?

    Unfortunately no. I have not been able to re-produce at my end. This might be a conflict with another plugin. I will keep trying though :).
    Do you have access to your error log?

    This might not be the reason but just in case, does this happen only with variable products?
    If so, Do you have a regular price for each variation you are choosing?

    I don’t have other variable than products and i didn’t set any price for them. I need the plugin only for “Request for Quote” feature.

    all my products are simple, and their prices fields are blank. this can be the reason ?
