    Hello! I have a plesk hosting plan and recently I deleted a registered website into the hosting control panel… I’ve registered the website again into the control panel, but now, it’s giving me an error when I activate the Divi Theme as my default theme.

    Could someone explain me how to get rid of it? My hosting support gave me a tutorial but I’m a beginner and this tutorial is so complex.

    You have unexpected whitespace (either a space or an entire line) on line 1 of the \wp-content\themes\Divi\header.php file. See this guide for more info.

    Alternatively, replacing the file with one from a fresh download may resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your help James… I’ve already tried to do every step of this tutorial but it didn’t work for me. I don’t know what’s wrong. I installed this theme in another website and it is normal. I already uninstalled the theme and installed again, switched the file… and tried to do as the tutorial says. But none of that steps worked for me.

    What could be wrong? If the message specifies where the error is. Could it be in another file?

    Have you contacted the theme’s developer? As it is a commercial theme, we really can’t support it directly here, but they do offer support with your purchase.

    Yes! I’m waiting for their answer. Thank you James. I’ve just read a lot of forums talking about this problem. Nothing seems to work to me. Let’s see if they can help me!
