Hi, first of all thank you very much for your plugin. it works very well and every thing is ok. However there is only one problem which faces admins. that issue is that they can’t know which agent replied to the session/visitor. that is because the session details in the chat history give them the user/visitor name and email however not giving the agent name but instead says “admin”
we created 4 test agents and each one responsible for a department. all of them appear their name in the chat history/session details as follows
user visitor name
email visitor emailthen the chat appears
admin: hi
visitor name : hiso all agent appear in chat history as admins while they are contributors and their name and department shown correctlly on the chatbox without any problem
this problem will delay us to go live in the specified time because if we face any issue with our customers we will not know which agent cause the issue
so please is there any way to know which agents replied to the chats ?
