    Hi there,

I have been using FooGallery as a gallery plugin for some time now. I recently tested it with the integrated Litebox. Are cookies set here? On a mobile device and the Chome browser there seem to be session cookies. These always appear when the gallery is loaded.

However, I cannot find any cookie function in the JS and PHP files in the source code. In the changelog the problem “* Fix : removed localStorage checks, so browser does not say that cookies are in use” is fixed since version 1.9.44. Is this happening again on a mobile device?

    Best regards
    Joern

    Hi @jovi0815

It’s important to note that FooGallery does not have the capability to create or set any session cookies. Therefore, it’s expected that you didn’t find any cookie functions when you inspected the source code.

However, upon inspecting your page, I’ve noticed that you are using the Autoptimize plugin, which appears to be implementing its caching functionalities on your page. To address this cookie-related concern, I recommend looking into the settings of the Autoptimize plugin, as well as any other optimization plugins or functionalities that you may have enabled on your site.

    Thanks.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis

Autoptimize does not set cookies either ??
