Sesrching for image gallery plugin with separate text caption and title

Hi there,
I have been looking for a free WP plugin that allows me to create a photo gallery slider with a separate text title and caption.

If anyone knows of a good plugin supporting such setup, I would greatly appreciate ypur reccomedation as I’ve been looking and asking around unsuccessfully.
