Serving webp issue

    my products images are not optimized in size nor served in webp format, even these options are activated

    I also have this message ” Images total: 13785 groups
    Images not yet gathered: 3095 groups

    It stuck for long time not knowing why on 76%

    Please try click “clean up unfinished data” , then send request, see how it goes

    I can’t find any log about that domain in 48 hours

    could you please provide the report number ?

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
