Serving stale to first visitor after purge

    Hello.

    I know the Stale option is only serving stale to the second visitor after purge.

    Is it technically impossible to serve stale to the first visitor?

    In principal, this can partly substitute the warm up crawler (which is disabled on some servers)

    What am I missing?
