Serving Calculator only on a specific recipe

My use case is I have a single-serving hot chocolate recipe, and want 4x and 8x available, but only on this specific recipe. As far as I can tell there’s no way to do this on a single recipe without changing the default template and affecting every single recipe on my site. Is there any way to designate the template for a specific recipe? I could design my custom serving calculator template and assign it on the recipe, but to my understanding, I can only globally change the template. Any suggestions or is this not possible?
