Services Snippet Text Length

    How does the Services Snippets on the home page decide how long the text excerpt should be? Sometimes it creates three lines and sometimes it stays at two. Take a look at this image in the link: https://ibb.co/h9PcYT
    See that the third service stays at 2 lines only. How can this be controlled?

    We currently use a WordPress function to trim the content up to 12 words. However sometimes it does not work as it should be. So you can do the following 2 things.

    • Edit some code
    • Wait 1-2 days for an update that you will be able to use the page’s excerpt so you could manipulate the length.

    If you wish to alter the code please shoot me an answer here so I can tell you exactly what you have to do to change the code.

    based on your request we have uploaded a newer version of our theme.
    This version is the 1.5.0. It will be available for download shortly.
    After you update your theme you will be able to use the page’s excerpt for your services. So whatever you write in the page’s excerpt field it will be shown at the front end .

    This way you will control the length and the content of the excerpt!

    what you asked was a feature that will definately help other users as well. So yes I updated the whole theme.
