Services field after Dropdown

    Just installed Request A Quote Plugin and I have watched the Videos.
    A couple of comments:
    I have revised the Services for my need, Consultation, Design, etc.
    The service dropdown displays property but inserts a miniature string instead of the dropdown selection. See https://www.suncitywebdevelopers.com/request-a-quote-2/
    Email field shows my email, I quess that it should be blank.

    — It looks like a CSS issue.
    Email field shows my email, I quess that it should be blank.
    — If a user is logged in, it shows the registration email of the user. This is to help users. Otherwise, it is blank.
