When I tick the box next to “Enable the services’ custom settings”, it doesn’t show the table that it says I should see in the documentation.

I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins (apart from WooCommerce), changing themes, and viewing the website in different browsers, but the issue persists.

    Hello @hpholly,

Could you please try to check if there are some issues in the browser’s Console?

By using the Chrome browser, you need to go to the shipping method, click the right button on the mouse and choose “Inspect” and then check the “Console” tab, refresh the page and click the checkbox. Please see how to do this: https://wpdesk.me/mp/XsOM0n7OrZ.mp4

If you will notice something disturbing, please send us the screenshots, it will help us to resolve the issue faster.

    Best regards,
    Marta

    Hello @martapaw

Thank you for your quick response! I’ve checked the console and I’m not getting any errors on this page. Just the following warning, which I think is related to block editor:

wp.compose.withState is deprecated. Please use wp.element.useState instead.

    Hello @hpholly,

    Thank you for your checking.

There could be two possibilities, so please verify them:
    1. Could you please verify whether increasing the WP Memory Limit will affect the display of this list?
    2. Could you please verify do you have provided some minifications, optimizations or caches? If so, please disable them and check once again the shipping method.

    Best regards,
    Marta

    Hello @martapaw

I’ve tried increasing the WP memory limit and the list still doesn’t show.

I’m not using any minification, caching or optimisation techniques on the website.

I’ve actually tried setting up the website on two different hosting accounts too and the list still doesn’t show.
