Service Worker Failed to Generate?

  • I opened a support ticket two months back but there was no reply and the issue remains unresolved.

    Even though the PWA did not work as intended on my site, I still kept it as is since it did at least change the theme color on my mobile browser.

    However, just recently I found that the Service Worker may have failed to generate, even though it shows that the Service Worker generated successfully in the Status.

    I just clicked “See it here” and found that there was an error and only a placeholder has been installed. This was the error message I was receiving:
