Service with no fixed duration?

Is there a way to create a service with no fixed duration set, as I want our members to be able to book a room for 1 or several hours?
Also, customers would need to be able to choose a service and choose the length.
Otherwise I would need to create multiple services between 1 and 18 hours, which would make the page very complex.
