Service unavailable suddenly

    Hi, now I am getig this text ion screen when trying to share the page:

    Service Unavailable

    AddToAny does not support the service you are trying to add to. This service may have been removed, or the website you came from is pointing to an invalid service.
    Please copy & paste

    How come this happenes suddenly? …a few days before it was all working fine. No updates done, no javascript erroros in the console.

    Any ideas?

    What’s the site’s URL, and which service were you sharing to?

    Hi and thanks for the fast reply.

    URL is https://smartcitynews.global

    Add to any is working currently on firefox & safari but not on Chrome browser on Mac and Win.

    When I say “working” I mean sharing to facebook, twitter, linkedin, g+ or any other included service.

    This morning it wasn’t working in firefox on Windows while working fine on firefox on a MAC so I think it is a really strange issue.

    AddToAny is working for others on your site in Chrome. Check your ad-block/social buttons-filtering browser extensions.

    A few services such as Pinterest do not have an endpoint URL to fall back to, so “Service Unavailable” is expected for such services when scripts are blocked/filtered out.

    We are also having this when clicking on the initial links (both internally and externally from our Intranet) and I have no Ad-block on my Chrome browser at the moment.

    If I then slick the “Share” after the initial Service Unavailable I do seem to be able to share as expected from the initial menu.

    @jdblogs same symptom but different cause entirely. To resolve, deactivate the AddToAny “Subscribe” plugin (currently it’s causing a conflict with the main AddToAny share plugin under specific site conditions) and use the “AddToAny Follow” widget in place of the old Subscribe button.

    Hi Micropat.

    Sems this is not related to our systems as this is happening to our visitors worldwide too.
    It is happening for all sharing services not only for pinterest.
    There is a problem and it would be awesome to get some helping hand here as we can not resolve it by any chance so I guess it is a problem with your module/plugin, not with the used backend/system.

    No matter if in firefox chrome or safari, on mac/win/linux PCs. The sharing to facebook, twitter, google+ or any other network this morning and yesterday gives the reply:

    Service Unavailable
