Service Unavailable error

    When I choose “Replace the file, use new file name and update all links” I’m getting this error message: “Sorry, that didn’t work.
    Please try again or come back later. 503 Error. Service Unavailable.”

    However, when I go back to review the media library item, the image appears to be replaced.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    And after continuing with using this feature, I get this error: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    Please advise.

    Hi @kdcpelt,

    50X errors are related to the server. Could you please contact your hosting provider so they can provide you with more information? Maybe they store some logs somewhere.
