Hi, I’m having a serious problem. When the client goes to purchase section, they get a “Service Unavailable” message, as you can see: [redacted]
How can I solve this? I’m already loosing clients!

    My website: https://www.educative.com.br
Purchase page for test (no need to actually purchase, the error causes the site to not even redirect to the payment page): https://educative.com.br/todos-os-cursos/desbridamento-de-feridas-pratica-avancada/
    WordPress Version: 4.8
We use WooCommerce PagSeguro 2.12.5 to enable payment via PagSeguro. We don’t use PayPal in Brazil, so it’s imperative that we have PagSeguro.
We also have WooCommerce Extra Checkout Fields for Brazil 3.6.0
    and Woo PagSeguro Parceled 1.6.0
    PHP version is 5.6

Not sure if none of this actually interferes, just giving you guys some data.
Note that this problem is not just on PagSeguro, some users reported this error on other payment methods.

  • Well, it seems to be working. BUT, I didn’t know what a CPF was since we don’t have that in the US. I used the one in the screenshot you posted, so you may want to cancel that order. I’d also suggest posting a screenshot without the CPF (I’m assuming Account Number) on it. Other than that horrible little hiccup, I can’t see that it isn’t working correctly.

Hopefully that wasn’t an account number though, in which case it seems to be working.

It’s not, but i’d like to edit this print in any case, but now I can’t. Please, @jricketts4, how can I do that? There should be a way to update my posts. Don’t worry about your order, it was canceled.

@sterndata @anevins Please, I know there is bureaucracy here regarding deleting/editing posts, but I didn’t realize my print in the initial post above contained personal information! At least let me remove the print. That print is not valuable at all for this community. I can replace the print if you guys think a print is necessary.

I think you would be better off going and deleting the picture from Lightshot, assuming that is possible. Since it’s viewable to anyone on there it poses as much of a risk.

It’s not, I’ve tried it. I wasn’t logged in when I took the print.

Thanks, guys, for erasing it! ??
As to the question, I spoke to the host manager, he did his trick (wich means he changed PHP version to 5.5) and it seems to be working fine so far.
