Service Section not showing logos/pix and page slow to load

  • Hello I have a couple issues, I cannot get Customizing ? Home Sections
    Service Section to show logos or pictures.

    Also when loading, it takes 10s as shown in GTmetrix or PageSpeed Insights
    It flashes page contents before loading the real content, then reports…

    Lab Data

    First Contentful Paint 3.5 s
    Speed Index 7.3 s
    Time to Interactive 5.9 s
    First Meaningful Paint 3.5 s
    First CPU Idle 5.9 s

    Hello,

    Did you perform any changes directly in main theme?

    If yes, then what changes you have done.

    and use any cache and smush(for image) plugin for boost your site speed.

    Thanks for the reply. I turned many of the Home Sections off just now.

    In Appearance > Icare theme, I am getting message “You’re using icare fitness theme, It’s a child theme of Icare… Child theme uses it’s own theme setting name, would you like to copy setting data from parent theme to this child theme?”
    I’ve heard I want to use a child theme, so I said YES recently (was already having the other issues) and it clobbered my site. Had to go to a back up.
    I don’t have any of the other Recommend Plugins installed.

    I’m using LiteSpeed cache which include image optimization and Cloudflare CDN.

    Should I copy some settings? If so, how do I not lose what I have?
    Not clear on the error or how to use Child Themes.

    backup your site data first if you lost anything then you can recover it.

    Are you want to use icare-fitness?

    Then most of the settings will appear same as parent.

    Page, post, menu, widgets will not lost after changing the theme. and home theme settings may be affected after the theme changed.
