"service section" display in the responsive is not done well.

    Thanks to a nice theme.
    I want to resolve display problems.

    In the “service section” function of theme options, display in the responsive is not done well.
    (It is not the moment problem in other sections function)

    Icon by eye-catching image designation, chrome desktop is displayed without any problems.
    However, in the smartphone and pad it will be missing icon.

    The size of the image to put on eye-catching is tried in various ways (16px ~ 256px) did not go well.
    Will my settings are different?
