    Hi. I’m looking for a plugin for wordpress to do the following tasks:
    Provide a simple form with fields (Email, Mobile, Name, Terms and conditions check box and link) the form will have controls for each field to validate the data entered
    The forms data will log to an external remote mysql database, not the wordpress database
    A page will be returned with instructions and a 6 digit random unique pin also logged to the external database
    An email will be automatically sent after registration with user details, instructions and pin
    The pin must be unique to the user and unique in the database
    A registered user may try to register again with the same email address but will get another page stating the account has already been created and a reminder email will be sent with the users’ details.
    The forms must be mobile friendly and resize or provide native support for Ios and Android

    Is it possible to achieve this with your plugin?

    Any advice is gratefully recived

    Hey Iondonnet,

    Unfortunately Ninja Forms does not have a way to offload your form data to an external database. We write all of our data to the database of the WordPress install your site is on. We also don’t have a way to register a user and give them a unique pin, our upcoming add-on User Management will allow you to register users, but not have the ability to add the security you’re looking for.

    It honestly sounds like you’re going to need something custom and Ninja Forms may not be the right fit for you; however, I’ve linked to our demo site below. There you can test drive Ninja Forms and all of our add-ons.
