Service Provider Overlap Issue

    When user makes an appointment with service provider Garrett at 2:30 PM on 7/19/2018, the availability for both service provider Garrett and service provider Andrew disappears at that time slot. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey @mcatselfprep,

    Hope you’re well.

    I can not see any available space for Andrew before 07/21. So are you sure that service provider available at that time? Also, at the services is “Service Capacity” set to “Limited by number of Service Providers” or 0?

    It was set to 1. I set it to 0, which resolved this issue. THANK YOU!
